Secondary Admissions: Joining Year 7
Parents/Carers of children in Year 6 will need to make an application for their child to join a Secondary School. Applications usually open in the Autumn term for the following year.
For our Year 6 leavers, looking to apply for a secondary school place, St John Rigby feeds into St Thomas More Catholic Secondary in Bedford, within the OLICAT School family.
We work closely with St Thomas More in order to provide a coherent, progressive all through Catholic education.

Open Evenings are held in the Autumn, for students starting the following September. We will keep you informed regarding the Open Evening for our Trust Secondary school, St Thomas More Secondary, and transition activities between our schools in order to ensure that all our students progress smoothly on to their next steps.
